The Catalyst Society
Join changemakers across Cobb who invest in the work that makes everything else possible.
What is the Catalyst Fund?
Cobb Community Foundation has spent decades connecting donors with causes, strengthening nonprofits, managing grants, and responding to needs as they emerge across our community. None of that happens without the infrastructure to support it.
The Catalyst Fund is how that work gets done. Gifts to the Catalyst Fund support CCF's ability to convene community leaders around pressing issues, identify and deploy resources when local needs arise, and sustain the programs and partnerships that make Cobb a stronger place to live, work, and give.
When you give to the Catalyst Fund, you're not funding a single project. You're investing in the capacity to respond to whatever comes next.

Activating good in and around Cobb County
Dan and Ilde Buyers have been active in the Cobb philanthropic community for years. Here's why they chose to invest in the Catalyst Fund:
"Ilde and I continue to be impressed by the role Cobb Community Foundation plays in our community. It doesn't just help people give—it brings people together around the issues that matter most. That kind of leadership is important to Cobb County's future, which is why we're proud to invest in its future through the Catalyst Society."
