Gaspar Rodriguez is a native of Puerto Rico were he completed a Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Puerto Rico. After working a few years for the Puerto Rico Telephone Company, Gaspar moved to the U.S. mainland where he received his Master’s Degree in Special Education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Gaspar is a proud resident of Marietta and retired in 2021 as a Parent Community Strategist for Marietta City Schools where he built and maintained relationships with parents, teachers, administrators, and community members. Gaspar connected families Pre-K-12th grade with wraparound services at the Marietta Student Life Center and focused on early intervention to help students stay on track for graduation. Gaspar’s passion is to motivate, support and encouraging students to achieve their fullest potential by “Building a Culture of Hope.”
