Sharon Mason is President & CEO, Cobb Chamber of Commerce. She has more than 21 years of chamber and nonprofit leadership experience including the Birmingham Regional
Chamber, the American Cancer Society and six positions at the Cobb Chamber.

Sharon serves on the Regional Business Coalition Executive Committee and the Council for Quality Growth Board of Directors. She was named by Governor Deal to Georgia Regional Transportation Authority Board (GRTA). She also serves on Cobb Public Safety Foundation Board, Wellstar Kennestone Hospital Regional Board, Children’s Healthcare Cobb Community Board, and Cobb County School District Superintendent Advisory Committee. She was the Marietta Rotary Foundation Director in 2015-2016, is a past president of Friends for the East Cobb Park nonprofit (2012-2013) and served on MUST Ministries Board of Directors from 2014-2019.

Since 2018, Sharon has consistently been named to Georgia Trend’s Top 100 Most Influential Georgians, Top 100 Most Influential Women in Georgia by Engineering Magazine and Atlanta 500 Most Influential list. She was also named to liveSAFE Resources Academy of Women Leaders in 2015 and Atlanta Magazine’s Women Making a Mark in 2019. Sharon received her bachelor’s from Samford University. She lives in East Cobb with her husband and middle school daughter. They are active at East Cobb Church.
