Dan specializes in land sales and site selection, and office/medical office brokerage. He represents land sellers and buyers as well as office and medical office owners and users. Dan’s land site selection expertise varies from the acquisition of prominent sites for medical office and senior housing facilities, condominium and single-family residential communities to retail land site selection. Dan joined McWhirter Realty Partners in 1994 and was named a Partner in 2014.

An active member of the commercial real estate industry, Dan is a past recipient of the Phoenix Award, numerous Top Ten Land Sales Producer Awards, Young Realtor of the Year and a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club as recognized by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR).

He is an active community member and serves on the Boards of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, the Council for Quality Growth, Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority and the Town Center Area CID.
