Seeing our nonprofits 
SHINE through our bus tours is a top-tier experience, and this week we had another amazing one. Partnering with our Cobb Chamber friends, we were privileged to spend time with the Cobb Young Professionals group learning the latest happenings with 4 Kennesaw-based nonprofits.
We had lunch with Kennesaw Police Officer Mike O’Brien at ServeComm and toured some of their custom-outfitted vehicles. Next, we stopped by Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue to learn how they rescue dogs, cats and, occasionally, precious baby goats. We then entered the campus of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Georgia for a full property tour. We met incredibly dedicated staff providing first-class treatment to young people with special medical, psychological, social and emotional needs. We ended our day at Smith-Gilbert Gardens among the bonsai trees and other beautiful flora.
