“One Saturday Morning during the pandemic my wife and I were sitting at our breakfast table thinking about all the people who were suffering. As we talked about our charitable fund, we realized that our current giving habits weren’t addressing the needs of that moment. We decided right then that we would divide up our fund balance and donate the total amount to organizations who were meeting those critical community needs. Through the Cobb Community Foundation, we were able to identify those organizations and make donations with the greatest impact. One of the greatest values they offer is relationship. They were able to guide us in meeting our goals. People need to be connected. It’s so powerful,”
